The best food I had in Kauai. Really sad to learn about this restaurant the last day of our trip, after multiple days of eating okay food at the resort, and other restaurants in the island from hanalei bay to poipu beach. Highly recommend! We got al pastor tacos and shrimp ceviche, so good! Very authentic

Ceviche is delicious, really like the burritos also. Service is always really friendly. New location is nice and comfortable, you donʻt have to sit too close to other tables. Always enjoyed the food back when they were a food truck and itʻs even better now that there's an indoor place to sit and enjoy!

Shrimp tacos were delicous. Staff was friendly and attentive. Good movies playing on the TVs. That orange sauce was amazing. What more could you ask for?

Apparently there is a restaurant location and a food truck version. We ate at the restaurant location in a shopping center behind McDonalds. It's a pretty basic environment, but clean and adequate-and we were there for the food, which is what is really why we usually dine out. And the food was very good. Shrimp Ceviche was a generous portion of very fresh shrimp, tomatoes, Avocado, and cilantro. Requested no cucumber and they were happy to modify. Baby Bay shrimp (shrimp and crab wrapped in bacon and fried) was very bacon-forward. Better after I removed some of the bacon, could taste more of the shrimp and crab-was quite tasty. Service was attentive and polite.

So delicious! I ordered food for a party and everyone raved about how yummy it was. The ceviche is to die for.

A gem partially hidden from the main street. Their previous food truck was always a terrific local favorite and now their full restaurant has more delicious food choices and comfortable tables too. Delicious food and excellent service! The fajitas are the best I have ever tasted! Thank you Victor! YUMM!

One of my favorite authentic Mexican restaurants for sure. Their fish tacos and shrimp ceviche def my favorite. Missed mariscos and this place didn't disappoint!! Oh can't forget bout the $11 breakfast burritos We appreciate Tio Victor and the El Rey familia!!

Shrimp tacos were so good I'd be proud to be a subject to this "King of the Sea" The special sauce was great and I love that they had bottles of it for me to douse how ever much I wanted onto my tacos. The Al pastor tacos were solid too. The food was so good I had to order a Baja shrimp burrito as well. Very authentic and delicious! Not exactly the easiest spot to get to or park, but looks like they will soon have another location. The staff were also extremely friendly too, definitely recommend checking this place out.
